Get answers on product installation and operation from the RPC Technical Team. They can provide guidance concerning your piping questions. While the start-up and operation of Rogue pumps is a straight-forward process our Technical Team can help lead you or your operator to success.

Parts, Kits & Service

The RPC Service Team offers complete parts support including individual parts, parts kits and repair service. While any single part may be ordered parts kits offer economical multi-part packaging. Each parts kit contains related service items for typical repair tasks. Replacing sets of components as part of routine maintenance cycle will eliminate un-scheduled and un-timely servicing. Simply contact RPC to place a Parts Order. For a Repair Order, RPC will issue a Return Goods Authorization or (RGA) with in-bound instructions. Upon receipt an examination will be conducted and an estimated quote sent for your authorization to begin work. Please Note– Be sure and send a copy of the repair order with your shipment and package the equipment properly to avoid transit damage.
